some days I cant lift the weight of my soul,
the sky on my shoulders is too heavy to hold
at times my eyes stay closed as I awake,
and I sleepwalk my nightmare all through the day.
Some days the air is too dense to breathe,
and all of my fears become what I believe,
A wall of agony separates me from the world,
they can't see my soul,it can't seem to be heard.
Some days not even nature's pureness can give me hold,
I bury my tears into the earth down below,
Not even earth which made me can take away the pain
but sends me back to suffer through gloomy earthly days.
some days I wish to go back into that same old earth,
and lie there back in stillness never to be hurt,
still I try to hold back from going on these ways,
spinning in my head ''it's just one of those days''.
